Close to town centre - within walking distant.
The room could have done with a few repairs to make the stay a bit beter i.e. the no extractor fan in the toilet/shower room, no shaving light over the mirror and no bedside lights.

Friendly staff . The sea view.
The parking is a bit limited for the number of rooms. We were woken up by a false fire alarm at 4.30 am. Need more waitresses in the dining room when hotel is full too much for one lady to do on her own!

Very friendly and helpful Landlord and Staff .Breakfast very very good, and wellcooked .We also found the lift very handy as we were on the second floor and not as young as we use to be.Parking off road was good ,Location perfect only a ten minute walk to the tower and north pier and theatre. We would not hesitate to stay there again.
